When I Survey the Wondrous Cross
So many things in the kingdom of God are upside down: the last are first, weakness is strength, servanthood is power. Nothing could be more true when one looks at the cross - an instrument of death that, by design, was meant to bring humiliation. To believe in a God who ends up on a cross seems like utter nonsense. And yet, while the cross does bring death and humiliation - it is the upside down way God brings life to all who believe. Indeed, the cross in wondrous.
Outdoor Worship | July 28 | 10am
Join us July 28 for our outdoor service and ice cream social (Bring Your Own Lawn Chair). Summer worship times are 8:30am (Traditional) and 10:00am (Contemporary). Additionally mark your calendars for the our final outdoor service, August 25, which will be the outdoor service and church cookout. Our schedule returns to normal September 8.
