All summer we’ve been working through 1 John with the lens of “Messy People, Beautiful Savior”. We’ve come to rest in the certainty that because He made us His children, we are beautiful in His eyes. Yet, we’ve also been lead to see more clearly the contrast between our “messyness” and what our Beautiful Savior can conform us to be. Rather than be discouraged with what we’re not, we’re devoting these next two weeks to exploring one of the tools God uses for creating change in us—PRAYER. Come get refreshed in the basics of this essential spiritual discipline and be equipped to more easily welcome the daily blessings God desires to deliver through prayer.
