Good Grief – Starting February 21

Lament: good grief Grief is powerful. Often catching us by surprise, grief comes like waves – at varied frequencies and magnitude. Lots of us try to avoid pain and grief…or at least get out if it as quickly as possible.

But should we? Does grief actually help us? Can grief be good? What are our Heavenly Father’s tools (gifts) for processing grief?

Lament has been a part of the God-follower’s life since the beginning of the Old Testament.

However, in our present-day culture, we need to re-install this grace-saturated process of lament for our own hearts and the hearts of our neighbors.
