Sewing for Others
Sewing for Others | First & Third Thursday of the Month | 1-4pm
We are looking for sewers AND non-sewers. We meet the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month from 1-4. Our mission is to show the love of Jesus to members of our congregation, community, and the world by making gifts and quilts. Bring a sewing machine if you’re a sewer or an iron and ironing board if you’re a non-sewer.
How else can you help? We need some supplies. There is a basket in the narthex for donations of fabric, batting, and old, clean sheets. This would be a great time to clean out your fabric stash and linen closets. If you can’t come but would like to cut fabric or sew at home, that is great also. Just let us know and we will gladly get you plugged in.
