Jesus hangs on the cross, dies and is buried…often this is our sole focus as we read John 19. But today, look at it as the backstory. Instead see Nicodemus: the fan that is showing by his actions that God has led him to be a courageous follower. Following DOES lead to courageous commitment. You can count on it.
