God comes to us through Jesus and through His word and Spirit, working in that word. But God also comes to us through the presence of His Body (other Christians) and sometimes in the words and actions of other messengers (angels, people, etc.) Read Psalm 121, 1 Peter 5:6-11, and John 1:9-14.
